The purpose of Forensics Forward is to raise awareness of the value of forensic science education at Florida State University and Crime Scene Investigation (CSI). Students interested in forensic technology need opportunities to gain the information and practical skills necessary for future professions as the subject develops.

I looked into the chances at FSU's Panama City campus since I was interested in Crime Scene Investigation. The CSI major appealed to me because it aligned with my professional objectives and provided a way to go deeper into forensic science.

But I also think that students at the Tallahassee campus should have the chance to learn more about this profession through practical experiences, specialized courses, workshops, and lab work.

The goal of this effort is not to deny one campus chances. The goal is to persuade FSU to think about ways to make forensic science education more accessible to students on all of its campuses.
